Good interview!I have known George for a long time and we have been on teams together!He has always been a very good competitor but for the best part he is a great teammate!He always tries to find ways to get the team pumped up for races!

Great interview!.. Certainly shows the 'laid back' Carribean approach, but also shows that within, there is definitely a competitive fire when it's on the line. I disagree about the music thing though, I think that great performances have a great a 'soundtrack', many examples come to mind and are as subjective as the athlete, but one of my favorite ones for longer events has to be 'Radar Love' by Golden Earing. Brian Goodell used that one to go 15:01 in Montreal in '76. I guess a contemporary one would be 'The Pretender by Foo Fighters... Put a song in your head!

Watching this video again, some of his charachteristics include honesty and humility. He uses humility to keep from inflating his expectations. This is a valuable lesson to learn. Family and community is a good way to learn that lesson.

This man is legendary. You can tell his ducks are in a row. Many people can learn a lot from this guy. He doesnt worry about the environment around him, he works for the environment within him. Great video!
