	Anonymous Coward posted July 31 at 4:18pm. the 2fly was phelps biggest lock when no one else had ever been under 1:54.5 i believe.....stovall was seeded for trials with a 1:56.0 or somewhere around there i think and by the end of the meet had a personal best of 1:53.
