My comment related more to when was the last time that 2nd place did not go! 1996?

1st priority: event winners
2nd priority: 2-4th place in 100 and 200 free
3rd priority: 2nd place in each event
last priorities: 5th then 6th place in 100 and 200 frees.

cap of 26. She'll be fine but whoever said she's not technically an olympian yet is technically correct.

He's referring to the USOC cap on the roster. Its really not going to be an issue with all the events that Hoff and Coughlin qualify in.
