If the 10,000 yards per practice plus drylands that they do is undertraining I would love to see Mr. Batchelor's idea of overtraining.

Fifteen years old, swims once a day, and has OT cuts in all but 2 events. Talk about the real deal! Go, Liz! And kudos to her coach and her parents.
