Swimming Logs
The Swimming Logs application helps you track your daily workouts with day, week and month views. Add a title, time, distance, notes and how you felt. Swimming logs can be shared with your friends and teammates and also your coach will be able to monitor your progress.
Swimming Workouts
Create workouts for your team. Set up a program for each swimmer on your team, specifying what they should focus on and what sets they should swim. Integrated with swimming logs so that the swimmers can easily keep track of their daily logs/workouts.
Swimming Results
Add your personal race results to keep track of all your race events including the meet name, track event, date, time, location and comments. Upload or assign videos of your races to your results. Share your race results with your friends and the Floswimming community.
